At Cue Studio, each custom item is created with care and attention to detail. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any purchases. By placing an order with Cue Studio, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Custom Photo Albums & Ready to Send Photo Albums

Custom photo albums are made specifically for you and therefore are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Before your custom album is completed, you will be sent a design brief for review and approval. Once you have approved the brief:

• The order is considered final

• No changes, returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and approve all details before giving final confirmation.

Custom Plates/Items

Custom plates or any custom items are made specifically for you and therefore are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all policies before ordering from Cue Studio.

Custom Keepsake Plates:

Material: Ceramic

Not to be eaten off, kept for keepsake purposes only. Wipe with dry cloth only.

Custom Kids Plates:

Material: Polymer

Food safe, can be eaten off. Do not wash in dishwasher, hand cold wash only, do not scrub.

Please note that due to the printing process, slight variations in colour, brightness, and ink density may occur. Some areas of the design may appear slightly lighter or darker than others. These minor variations are a normal characteristic of the printing process and do not affect the quality or functionality of the product.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can review the issue.
