Thank you for shopping with Cue Studio. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing Times
Photo Albums
Ready-to-Send Photo Albums
Ready-to-send photo albums are already completed and will be processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Custom Photo Albums
Custom photo albums are made to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing. Production will begin only after the final design brief has been approved by the customer.
Mixed Orders
If your order contains multiple product types, including Boubonerie items, Custom Clothing, ready-to-ship products, or any other items available through our store, all products will be shipped together in one package once every item in the order has been completed and is ready for dispatch.
This helps ensure your order arrives together and avoids additional shipping charges.
Please allow 2–4 weeks for mixed orders to be processed and dispatched. If your order contains products with different production timeframes, the longest processing timeframe will apply to the entire order.
Boubonerie Orders
Please read all product descriptions thoroughly before placing your order. All choices, colours, names, dates, wording and custom details must be selected correctly before checkout.
Boubonerie orders are made to order and require a processing time of 2–4 weeks before dispatch.
Due to the personalised nature of these products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind or incorrect selections made during checkout.
Custom Items
Please read all product descriptions thoroughly before placing your order. All texts requested for custom items must be reviewed carefully and selected correctly before checkout as no custom items are eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure all text is spelt correctly, dates are correct and make sure all selections are correct.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship worldwide, please refer to shipping policies.
Shipping Rates AUSTRALIA
We offer flat-rate shipping on all domestic orders:
- Standard Shipping: $15 AUD flat rate
- Express Shipping: $20 AUD flat rate
Shipping Rates INTERNATIONAL
We offer flat-rate shipping on all international orders:
- Standard Shipping: $35 AUD flat rate
Order Processing Times
All Cue Studio products are custom-made to order.
Please allow 2–4 weeks for production and processing before your order is dispatched.
Processing times are separate from shipping times and may vary during peak periods.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Cue Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Orders returned due to address errors may incur additional shipping charges before they can be resent.
Delays, Lost or Missing Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier. Cue Studio is not responsible for shipping delays, lost parcels or missed deliveries.
We will assist where possible in lodging enquiries with the carrier, however replacements or refunds cannot be guaranteed.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@cuestudio.com.au and provide clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and original packaging so we can assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
