Each album includes a protective plastic sleeve, which we recommend using. If not used, please handle with care and keep away from food, liquids, and direct sunlight. Due to the nature of linen, we are not responsible for damage, staining, or soiling after delivery.

Custom plates or any custom items are made specifically for you and therefore are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all policies before ordering from Cue Studio.

Custom Kids Plates:
Material: Polymer
Food safe, can be eaten off. Do not wash in dishwasher, hand cold wash only, do not scrub.
